These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of products and/or services made through the website www.artemanos.com.py, owned by Artemanos S.A.

By accepting this document, you confirm that you have read and understood its contents, that you have the legal capacity to make purchases and payments, and that you agree to comply with all obligations set forth herein.

Acceptance of this document means that you:

•       Have read and understood this document,
•       That is a person with enough capacity to buy and pay, 
•       Assumes all obligations set here.

This document regulates the relationship between the Company ( ARTEMANOS S.A.) and the user or customer ( registered on the website by a user name and password, over which it has full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided as well as the information provided in credit cards or other forms of payment used during the hiring process ) at the time it accepts the process of online recruitment products and/or services offered by the provider.

Form of Use

To access the products or services offered by the provider, you must register on our website by creating a user account. To do this, the user must provide free and voluntary personal data that will be required. The user will select a username and password, pledging to make diligent use of them, not make them available to other people and to inform the loss or theft thereof or the possible access by a third person unauthorized, so it may proceed to the immediate blocking.

Once you have your customer account, these are the steps:

1.   Summary. Here you will find a summary of your shopping cart with all the products or services you have selected, descriptions, amounts and prices.
2.    Login. If you have not logged in, this is a necessary step to shop. Once you have registered, a confirmation mail will be sent to your mailbox.
3.    Delivery addresses and billing addresses can be modified or add a new address by the user.
4.    Acceptance of general conditions of sale.
5.    You select a safe way of payment.
6.    Order confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with all order data to the email address you have sent.

Price & Taxes

All prices are listed on the website for each product or service. Any additional charges will be clearly displayed in the purchase summary before payment is completed.

After payment confirmation, a detailed invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

All web content, unless otherwise indicated, are exclusive property of the ARTEMANOS S.A. and with character that are not limited to, graphic design, font, logos, text, graphics, illustrations code photographs and other items that appear on the web. Similarly, all trade names, trademarks or logos of any kind on the site are protected by law. The owner of the website does not grant any license or authorization for personal use to the user on their intellectual and industrial property or any other right relating to its website and the services offered therein. Therefore, the user acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, commercialization, transformation, and in general, any other form of exploitation by any means, all or part of the contents of this website constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and / or industrial property owner of the website or the holder thereof.
