Shipping cost is automatically calculated when you finish selecting the products you will like to buy and is detailed on your order once you complete the registration form and according to the delivery address you registered. It should be noted that these costs correspond to Courrier companies with which we usually work with. ARTEMANOS SA is not responsible for any damage due to a delivery delay that is not directly caused by us.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0client should claim this kind of problems to the Shipping Company.<\/strong><\/p>

Orders are delivered to the destination designated by you freely. Therefore, Artemanos S.A. assumes no responsibility when delivery can not be done because wrong,\u00a0false, inaccurate or incomplete information about delivery address.<\/p>

For more information about your order, you should contact via email to\u00a0info@artemanos.com.py and do not forget to put in the subject line of the message, your order number that was assigned and indicated in the email confirmation of purchase.<\/span><\/p>

When you receive your order you must check if everything is in accordance with the request. Refund Policy<\/h6>

Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>

If you want a refund you have to contact us by email to info@artemanos.com.py before the order has shipped.<\/p>

If a refund is accepted you will assume administration costs.<\/p>

Returns will be accepted only if products have not been used<\/h6>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Have no damages. They have to remain the same way they have been received, including labels or any other accessory they may contain. We do not accept damaged products for not using them correctly<\/strong>.<\/p>

How to let us know<\/h6>

The client should contact us by email at info@artemanos.com.py no later than 10 days from the delivery. The email should contain this information:<\/p>

  • Order Number<\/p><\/li>

  • Reason for returning the product<\/p><\/li>

  • Product Code and Product Description<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    The client also should send the product with the original bill received<\/strong>. So we recommend taking a copy from the original bill for your control before sending it back.<\/p>
